Return & Exchange policy
We ship anywhere within the United States.
We accept returns or exchanges only if processed within five (5) calendar days of receiving your order (including weekends and holidays). No exceptions.
All returned or exchanged items must be in the original condition, with all tags, ribbons, and labels intact and uncut. We do not accept returns or exchanges with cut ribbons. No exceptions.
Shipping is on us; however, we charge a handling and restocking fee of $40 or 15% of your order (whichever is less) for returns.

A return or exchange will be issued only after we confirm that all ribbons are uncut and intact. If an item is returned worn, used, or with labels/ribbons removed, it will be shipped back to you, and shipping costs will be your responsibility.
