We accept returns or exchanges only when processed within five (5) calendar days of receipt of your order (including holidays and weekends) - NO EXCEPTIONS
All items returned or exchanged must be in the original conditions sent to you, with all tags, ribbons and labels intact and uncut (we willnotaccept returns with cut ribbons, no exceptions)
Shipping is on us, however, we charge a 15% or $40 processing, handling and restocking fee for returns (whichever is less)
